New Generation Lokotrack Jaw Plant

Metso Minerals is now launching an entirely new generation of mobile primary jaw plant, in the Lokotrack LT3054. The LT3054 combines modern, modular design, constant high rock crushing capacity, a wide range of process options, and excellent operator-friendliness with the newest dust and noise reduction options.

The Lokotrack LT3054 primary jaw plant is designed to meet the challenges of  today’s most demanding quarrying and in-pit crushing applications. With a capacity range of +600 tph, easy transport, and quick set-up, it is an excellent choice for any one or multi state mobile rock crushing process.

High Production C3054 Wide Jaw Crusher

The LT3054 is built around the Nordberg C3054 wide jaw crusher from the popular C series, which has 30 years field proven experience. The rock crusher has unique characteristics enabling it to crush even the hardest rock at a small, closed side setting at high capacity.  To meet your exact application requirement, the Lokotrack LT3054 can be equipped alternatively with a high capacity grizzly, a pan feeder/scalper, and a roller grizzly.

Three Feeder and a Screen Options

To meet your exact application requirements, the Lokotrack LT3054 can be equipped with three feeder options:

  • a high capacity grizzly,
  • pan feeder/scalper, and
  • a roller grizzly.

As an option, a detachable two-deck screen module can be obtained.

First Rate Environment Friendliness

The Lokotrack LT3054 is environmentally probably the most advance mobile crushing plant ever built. As a standard feature, it has a Tier 3 Cat diesel engine with low emission levels. The direct rock crusher drive allows the greatest power transmission efficiency. As options, the LT3054 can be equipped with full dust encapsulation, dust removal, and noise reduction systems, making the use of the unit possible in any urban surroundings.

Lokotrack LT3054 has a capacity range of +600 tph (+ 660 stph).

Heavy duty feed hopper
